Our Busy Week:

Monday - Learning Outside the Classroom

We will be taking our Pandora team out on a Monday to give the children the opportunity to develop independence skills that they will need in their everyday life and support them to develop crucial skills that can often be constrained by the four walls of the classroom. Children will need to wear their own clothes every Monday (lots of layers and waterproofs are always useful to help us tackle the 'wonderful' British weather in Autumn). We will keep you up to date each week on where we are going and what your child will need for our visits.

Tuesday - P.E.

Tuesday is our P.E. day. We ask that your child comes into school in their P.E kit. Your child can wear any sports clothes as long as they are warm, comfortable and suitable. We do have the option to purchase a school P.E. kit from uniformity. However, this is completely optional.

Wednesday - Swimming

We will be partaking in a weekly swimming session over at Ash Tree with Miss Harris! These sessions will allow the children to develop crucial life skills and enhance their physical development. Keep an eye on Seesaw for lots of videos/pictures so you can see how much progress your children are making.

Thursday - Forest School

We will be exploring different parts of our immediate enviroment and building up our resilience skills, whilst developing our self-regulation through our weekly forest school sessions. We have all-in-ones in school for the children so they are able to explore and get as messy as possible.

Friday - Cooking

We will be taking part in a weekly cooking session. This will allow the children to explore using their senses and give them opportunities to try new foods to develop and encourage an adventurous palate.
