Spelling
This year we are undertaking spelling each day in class. We are starting with the Year 2 spellings that we didn't complete last year and will be moving onto Year 3 in the Spring Term. Spellings will be based around phonics as well as common spelling rules. Each week further spellings will be sent home on a Monday and quizzed on a Friday. These are different spellings to the ones we are doing in class.
